अस्वीकृत बिचार-साहित्य पुरस्कार

सँ स्थापना : प्रा. डा. कविताराम श्रेष्ठद्वारा  आफ्ना साहित्यिक कमाइका रकमबाट ०५४ साल (सन १९९७) मा स्थापित पुरस्कार ।

यो बिचार-साहित्य पुरस्कार नेपाली साहित्यमा अस्वीकृत आन्दोलनको सुदृढिकरण तथा प्रबर्धनमा सहयोग पुर्याउने हेतुसाथ थोत्रा मान्यताहरुविरुद्ध समाजलाई नयाँ दिशा दिने प्रयासमा विज्ञानसम्मत सिर्जनात्मक जीवनवादी मौलिक साहित्य श्रृजना गर्दा तत्कालिन मूल्य र मान्यताहरुका कसीमा अस्वीकृत भई उपेक्षित वा बिर्सिएका वा ओझेलमा परेका गतिवादी साहित्यिक सर्जकहरुलाई प्रश्रय दिन स्थापित भएको हो ।

यो आत्मपोषित छ, आत्मनिर्भर छ, आत्मसम्मानित छ र जो सबै समयका सबै भूगोलका अस्वीकृत जमात र उनीहरुका सृजनशील उदघोषको लागि पूर्णतः समर्पित छ ।

यो सत्तासीन मूल्यहरुको धारमा छैन तर त्यसैको विरुद्ध शोषित पिडित निम्न वर्गको मुक्ति र प्रगतिशील परिवर्तनको लागि स्थापित भएको छ ।

उद्देश्य :

१. नयाँ आयामको खोजी गर्ने प्रगतिउन्मूख बिचारहरुलाई प्रतिपादन गर्ने वा त्यस्ता बिचारहरुको सृजनात्मक प्रयोग गर्ने साहित्यिक रचनाहरुलाई प्रबर्धन गर्ने ।

२.   हरेक वर्ष एक नेपाली नागरिकलाई नेपाली राष्ट्र भाषा/राष्ट्रिय भाषामा प्रकाशित पुस्तकको लागि पुरस्कृत गर्ने ।

३.  कुनै वर्ष यो पुरस्कार दिइएन भने अस्वीकृत बिचार-साहित्यलाई प्रबर्धन गर्ने सम्बन्धमा बिचारगोष्ठी वा कार्याशाला गोष्ठीहरु संचालन गरिने ।

पुरस्कार चयनका शर्तहरु :

यथास्थितिवादी, पुरातनवादी, सामन्तवादी, व्यक्तिपूजक, जातजाति वा धार्मिक सम्प्रदायको पृष्ठपोषक, दलगत राजनीतिक, संहारवादी, निराशावादी, भड्कावउवादी रचनाहरुलाई यसले प्रश्रय दिने छैन ।

पुरस्कार व्यवस्थापन प्रकृया :

१.   गुठीको कोषमा संस्थापक तथा संरक्षक प्रा. डा. कविताराम श्रेष्ठले प्रदान गर्नुभएको उहाँबाट अर्जित साहित्य वा कलासम्बद्ध पारिश्रमिक वा पुरस्कारका रकममात्र जम्मा गरिने छ ।

२.  गुठीको मूलधन अन्य कुनैपनि पुरस्कारको स्थापनाको उद्देश्यभन्दा फरक कुनै पनि प्रयोजनमा प्रयोग गर्न सकिने छैन ।

३.  अस्वीकृत बिचार-साहित्य पुरस्कारको रकम शुरुमा रु. एकलाखको मूलधनबाट प्राप्त हुने व्याजको रकममध्येबाट घटीमा रु. १२०००/-( बाह्रहजार) को हुनेछ ।

४.  पुरस्कार प्रत्येक वर्ष दिइने छ ।

५. योग्य व्यक्तिका चयन प्रवन्ध समितिले गर्नेछ ।

६.  प्रवन्ध समितिमा रहेका वा अस्वीकृत जमातका पूर्ववत सदस्यहरु कुनैपनि व्यक्तिले यो पुरस्कार पाउन सक्ने छैन ।

This conceptual literary award is established in order to help sustainability and promotion of Aswikrit Andolan in Nepal, helping rejected Nepali writers that stand in opposition with their aswikrit creative literatures, promoting revolts for creative changes against all values that exploits deprived population for all times and places.

It is self-sustained, self-reliant, and self-esteemed fully committed for the rejected generation and their creative voices for all times and places.

It is not in the line of reigning values but is against them for the progressive change and the salvation of exploited low-class people.
Purpose of the award

1.    Promote the literature that investigates and implements progressive conceptual dimension.

2.    Reward a Nepali writer every year for his published book in Nepali or a Nepalese dialect.

3.    Conduct a symposium or workshop that promotes Aswikrit Andolan- if no award is provided.

Selection Criterion of the Award:

This trust rejects literatures that are orthodox, conservative, feudalistic, person-devotee, racist, communal extremist, politically motivated, destructive, pessimistic and provoking.

The management of the award:

1.    The trust will receive only the literary earning of the founder Prof. Dr. Kavitaram Shrestha as the donation for the trust.

2.    The fund will not be used for any other propose than the specified objectives of the trust.

3.    The award amount in the beginning is set to be Rs. 12,000.00. i.e. the interest of the capital amount.

4.    The Award is provided each year.

5.    The Board of Directors selects the recipient of the award.

6.    Members of the Board of Directors and the personnel involved in the Aswikrit Andolan in past will never be eligible to receive the award.
