अस्वीकृत आन्दोलनलाई प्रश्रय दिने हेतुसाथ खडा गरिएको अस्वीकृत बिचार-साहित्य पुरस्कारलाई संचालन गर्न एउटा गुठीको स्थापना भएको छ । यो गुठी प्रा. डा. श्री कविताराम श्रेष्ठ रामबहादुर श्रेष्ठ को संरक्षकत्वमा उनका हालसम्मका लेखकीय र पुरस्कारका संकलित सम्पूर्ण रकमका साथ केही थप रकम सहित रु। १०००००/- एक लाख को साथै अन्य खर्चको लागि रु १११११/- को अक्षयकोष खडा गरी "अस्वीकृत साहित्य पुरस्कार गुठी" को स्थापना ०५४ सालमा गरिएको थियो । डा. श्रेष्ठले भविष्यमा हुने आफ्ना जीवनभरका साहित्यिक कमाइ यसै गुठीलाई सुम्पनुभएकोले हाल यो रकम बढेर रु ३००००० तीन लाख पुगेको छ र भविष्यमा अरु बढत हुनेछ ।

यस गुठीको नामाकरण ०२६ सालदेखि आन्दोलित "अस्वीकृत साहित्य" आन्दोलनको नाममा गरिएको छ । अस्वीकृत साहित्यिक आन्दोलन जीर्ण सांस्कृतिक मान्यताहरुको विरुद्ध परिष्कार वा बिकासको लागि अस्वीकृतिजन्य प्रतिवाद लिएर द्वन्द्वमा खडा गतिशील आन्दोलन थियो र छ । यो संस्थागत गुठी त्यसै आन्दोलनको अर्को चरणको प्रारुपस्वरुप विकसित भएको छ । अस्वीकृत आन्दोलनको त्यही अभिष्टलाई परिष्कृतरुपमा बल पुर् याउन पनि यो पुरस्कार गुठीको स्थापना भएको छ र त्यही नाम यसलाई पनि दिइएको छ । प्रा. डा. श्री कविताराम श्रेष्ठ यस गुठीको आजीवन संस्थापक तथा संरक्षक रहनु हुनेछ ।

Aswikrit Bichar-sahitya Puraskar Guthi, 054

In order to regulate the Aswikrit Bichar-sahitya Puraskar, established to protect the Aswikrit Andolan, a trust has been established named as Aswikrit Bichar-sahitya Puraskar Guthi. This trust was established with a non-perishable fund of RS. 111,111 in 1997 (2054 BS) under the patronage of Dr. Kavitaram Shrestha (Ram Bahadur Shrestha) with his literary royalties and awards. The fund is now increased to Rs. 3,00,000 as Dr. Shrestha has donated entire earnings from his literary works for his whole life. It will be increased more in future.

The Trust has been named after the Aswikrit Andolan (the 'movement of the Rejected Literary Group) that has been going on since 1969 i.e. 026 BS. The "Rejected Literature movement" was and still remains a dynamic movement standing on its ground in the conflict against the old and decrepit socio-cultural values for refinement and progress. This institutionalized Trust needs to be documented as a new phase of the movement. This Trust has been established in order to fulfill the objective of the Aswikrit Andolan, and hence, it derives its name from it.
